Shipping and Terms of Service
Gecko Haven uses FedEx next day air delivery for shipping. Delivery
should be by 12:30 P.M but usually arrives by 10:30 A.M.
**Depending on your location your delivery could be as late as 5pm.
Shipping
to the continental United States only. We will only ship on Monday,Tuesday or Wednesday. This way if a delay would occur,
your new gecko would not be sitting over the weekend at a FedEx facility.
Shipping is based on your zip code. Please
include it for a shipping quote. Gecko Haven will ship when temperatures are between 35 and 80 degrees. A heat pack
or cold pack will be included at no charge if needed, so your gecko is kept comfortable on it's way to it's new home.
Gecko
Haven has a live arrival guarantee for your new pet. In order for this to be valid, you must email us within a half hour from
the time that your gecko arrives. Arrival time will be shown on your tracking information that FedEx will provide.
We
also have a seven day health guarantee in place. If you are experiencing a problem or concern with your gecko, please
contact us immediately.
Deposits and payments made on a layaway plan are not refundable and once payment is received for a gecko it can not
be returned. So please make sure you are ready to commit when you send the payment.
